This sweet girl was one of the first class of 2017 seniors I photographed last year. Shelby, from Georgetown High School, is a fabulous DFP Spokesmodel. With the help of her parents and sweet sister, we ventured out one hot August morning to capture Shelby and create her photo legacy.
Shelby's after high school plans involve studying nursing, so we made sure to incorporate that personal aspect of her life into her photos. She will make a fantastic healthcare worker someday. Her heart is truly a caring and kind one.
Since we were photographing in San Gabriel Park in Georgetown, we took advantage of the beautiful sunken garden and fun fountain. It is the perfect location for senior photos.
Shelby brought a variety of props to her photo shoot, including some adorable daisies, balloons, and glitter. She really made her photo session fun and personal.
Another great addition to her shoot was her Georgetown High School letterman jacket, and of course her clarinet, which she played in the school band. Shelby's senior photos will completely capture who she is in this amazing time of her life. When she looks back on these, there will be no doubt about how beautiful, well-rounded, involved, and fun she was in high school.
A special thank you goes out to Shelby's parents and sister for hauling, adjusting, and light bending for us during the shoot. Shelby's dad is a master Light Bending Bro, and I so enjoyed spending that hot morning with all of you! You are the best!
